A November Diary.

Nov 12, 2021.

Dear diary,

I had a pleasant surprised. My children bought a new car for me. A great fuel saving compact car confy for two adults.

Lately dad’s old Proton Saga has been frequenting the workshop and yet dad has the guts to consistently mooting the idea of enduring a long distance driving come December.

Getting a new car must have save them their worries of any potential breakdown that dad and mom may encounter when they go on a driving spree.

Dear diary, that was my thought on what they may have been thinking about buying me a new car.

God blessed i am grateful to the almighty.

Dear diary,

I drove two little rascals to the sea on Saturday and again to the playground near the pier the following Sunday just to see them away from their handphones and roblox.

And also to get to them the real life outside the cyberspace where they have been living in for most of the time.

20th Nov. 2021.

Dear diary

Two weeks ago immediately after receiving a wedding invitation from a distant relative in Ipoh I suddenly felt an adrenalin rush in me. Not because of the wedding but the excitement of having the opportunity to drive again some distance away out of town.

So, along with the younger sibling, we drove to Ipoh in a high spirit and mood. Soon after all protocols are done and we said goodbye to the host, we drove towards the seaside town of Lumut for the weekend get-away.

Having the luxury of time we made a stopover and visited the old dredging mines at Tanjung Tualang.

In Lumut, we checked-in a hotel and spend the rest of the evening by the balcony lazily enjoying the view and appreciating every moments that has been blessed upon us for the weekend.

21st Nov. 2021.

We had a good moments together over breakfast. It was real peaceful and calm morning. Since the Inter state border restriction lifted up i cant help noticing that nobody is asking anymore what is the number of new cases of covid19 for the day.

We parted ways after checking out. My brother is heading to town to shops some local sea products, and i, heading home and would make a little detour to meet an old friend in Kampung Pasir Panjang Laut .

Long story short, i met him and we talked about the days when we were working together in the factory before he left the company for good and i went into retirement. He walked me around the compound and he showed me some of the activities he did behind his house.

Then i said goodbye to him and we sort of promise to meet again over teh tarik.

Bye bro..

Good night.
